If your order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Shipping

Polaris Car Care currently ships within the contiguous United States only. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on carrier capacity, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Polaris Car Care is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers accordingly.

5. Returns & Refunds

All returns and refund requests are subject to our Return Policy. By placing an order, you agree to those terms.

Polaris Car Care reserves the right to deny returns or refunds that do not comply with the stated return policy, including items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the eligible return window.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
